India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a Govt. of India Enterprise, invites Technical and Financial Bids in two separate sealed envelopes (on prescribed forms) for the above mentioned work from approved and eligible companies (specialized agencies/ NGO) for a period of one year.  The details of the licensed premises are enclosed at Annexure-B.

The detailed tender document/Guidelines, Terms & Conditions and Application Forms can be collected on payment of Rs. 1000/- either by demand draft / pay order in favour of “ITPO, New Delhi” or in cash from the Sr. Manager (F&B), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No.133, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 (Tel. No.23378131) on any working day from 30.10.2007 to 6.11.2007 between 11.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. The tender document/guidelines, application forms etc. can also be downloaded from ITPO’s website (www.indiatradefair.com). However, in this case the bidder has to enclose a DD of Rs. 1000/- towards charges for documents & application processing charges, failing which their bid will be rejected.  

Technical and Financial Bids on the prescribed format for pre-qualification containing the information of the works undertaken by them during the last three years supported with relevant documents i.e. PAN No. & TIN No.; Employee Provident fund Number (EPF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) Number, Service Tax Registration No. and other applicable taxes (if not exempted), Statement of Annual Turnover, Balance Sheets for the last three years duly certified by chartered accountant, satisfactory completion Certificate of the job from the concerned department(s) duly self-attested in two sealed covers superscribed one for “Technical Bid and other for Financial Bid for Hygiene audit, Inspection of Food Quality and Cleanliness in Restaurants of Pragati Maidan” may be submitted to Sr. Manager (F&B) not later than 11.30 a.m. on 7.11.2007.  The technical bids will be opened on the same date at 12.00 noon.  

Financial bids of those considered eligible after evaluation of technical bids, will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on 8.11.2007.  

ITPO reserves the right to reject all or any application(s) without assigning any reason.
