Sub: Renewing and supplying of glass panes for Hall No 1-7, 17 & OC System, wired glass at slanting glazing of Hall no 2-5. The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No. 142, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites sealed Item rate tender for the following work from eligible contractors of ITPO, CPWD and those of appropriate list of Department of Telecommunications, M.E.S, Railways up to 3.00 PM on 17-9-2010 which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorised representative at 3.30 PM.
Condition and tender forms can be had on production of PAN NO, TIN NO and Service Tax Number from the office of the undersigned between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 15-09-2010 for the tender cost mentioned as above (Non Refundable). The Earnest Money should be deposited in the name of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi along with the tender. The tender document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be downloaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. However, the cost of tender form as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO and to be enclosed with the tender while submitting the tender. In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document, Earnest Money &document showing eligibility criteria area as mentioned above, the tender will summarily be rejected MOHAN LAL
