PRESS TENDER NOTICE

Sub: Setting up of stall for commodity & IITF-2008 at Pragati Maidan during
        2008-2009.


The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No. 142, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites sealed Item rate tender for the work from specilised agencies  up to 3.00 PM on 19-9-2008 which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorised representative at 3.30 PM.

The tender will be issued only to those agencies who have satisfactorily completed three similar works  each costing not less than Rs 5.00 Lakh  in exhibitions in each year during last three years. The ITPO reserve the right to reject any of the applications without assigning any reasons what so ever& to split up any/all the work and award full or in part to more then one contractor.

Earnest Money should be deposited through Bank Draft drawn in favor of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi (or) cash deposited with the Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO and Bank Draft/Cash Receipt to be sent with the application for seeking the tender documents

Condition and tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on production of PAN Number, TIN Number and Service Tax Number from the office of the undersigned between 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days up to 15-9-2008 for the tender cost mentioned as above (Non Refundable).
