The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No. 142, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites Expression of Interest from the specialized agencies having experience in architectural, civil, electrical, air-conditioning, Structural and Interior Designing for Exhibition Halls/Conference Complex or similar type of works. The date of submission of technical and financial bids is up to 4.00 p.m. on or before 11-04- 2011. Financial bids will be opened only of those bidders whose technical bids are qualified.

Technical bids and financial bids shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes duly written on top of the envelop. Both the bids, then will be kept inside the third envelop suppressing name of work for which bids are being submitted along with the name of the agency, who is submitting the bids addressed to the Manager, ITPO as mentioned above.
