1. BRIEF DETAILS OF SCOPE OF WORK
The Hall No.7 comprises of 8 halls at Ground Floor having an area of 7067 Sqm. i/c foyer and a Conference hall and lounge having an area of 1100 Sqm. on 1st Floor. The Conference hall of area @ 600 Sqm. was affected by fire and the in-situ concrete tests have been carried out by Central Soils and Materials Research Section (CSMRS), Ministry of Water Resources, New Delhi who had submitted their test report and same shall be made available on demand from bidders. The rehabilitation of Conference Hall is to be carried out by designing as per codal requirements with modern facilities including fire safety norms. The scope of job involves broadly, civil, electrical, aiconditioning and fire safety requirements of the hall. It will include the following:
