        material etc. from Pragati Maidan to MCD SLF site.  Requirement :
        Minimum two or three trips a day.

The Manager (EMD), Computer Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on behalf of The Chairman & Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation invite sealed item rate quotation for the following works from approved and eligible contractor of ITPO and those of appropriate class of department of telecommunications, MES, Railway and specialized agency up to 3.00 PM on 23.10.2008 which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30 PM.

Conditions

1. Income Tax shall be deducted from gross amounts of bill.
2. Component of Service Tax shall be quoted separately.
3. ITPO reserves right to cancel as a whole or part thereof or call fresh quotations.
4. ITPO reserves the right to hire the service with 24 hours notice.
