The Manager (EMD), Computer Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on behalf of The Chairman & Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation invite sealed item rate quotation for the following works from approved and eligible contractor of ITPO and those of appropriate class of department of telecommunications, MES, Railway and specialized agency up to 3.00 PM on 23.10.2008 which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30 PM.

Earnest money should be deposited along with quotation documents by way of Bank Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at New Delhi or in cash deposited with the Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO and Bank Draft / Cash Receipt to be sent with the application at the time of submitting the quotation.  The agency who are having PAN number Service Tax / TIN number are entitled to apply for the  work.  Services will be provided by the agency as and when required on receipt of information before 24 hours.
