India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a Public Sector Undertaking, which is registered under the Indian Companies Act, occupant of land of approximately 140 acres, invites pre-qualification bids for issue of tender documents for the above mentioned work having estimated cost of Rs.77,13,400/- from approved and eligible contractors of ITPO/CPWD and those of appropriate list of departments of MES/RAILWAYS/P&T/Government Organisation, any State PWD and specialized agencies/NGOs, who have satisfactorily completed three similar works of costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost or two similar works costing not less than  50%  of the estimated cost or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.

        Interested and eligible agencies/NGOs are requested to submit their technical bids for pre-qualification containing the information of the works undertaken by them during the last three years supported with relevant documents i.e. PAN No. & TIN No., Employee Provident Fund number (EPF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) number, Service tax registration No. and other applicable taxes (if not exempted), copy of annual audited accounts for the last three years, satisfactory completion Certificate of the job from the concerned officer etc. duly self attested so as to reach the Manager (Civil), Engineering Division Room No.141, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, by October, 8, 2007 upto 3.00 p.m. The pre-qualified/short listed agencies shall be issued tender documents for submitting the financial bids.

        The ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason what so ever.
