PRESS TENDER NOTICE

The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No. 142, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites sealed tenders for the following work from approved and eligible contractors of CPWD and those of appropriate list of Department of Telecommunications, M.E.S., Railways and specialized agencies up to 3.00 PM on 18.07.2011, which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30 PM.

Tender Cost and Earnest Money should be deposited through Bank Draft drawn in favour of “India Trade Promotion Organization”, payable at New Delhi (or) cash deposited with the cashier in Cash Section of ITPO (less than Rs 10,000/) and Bank Draft/Cash Receipt to be sent with the tender while submitting the tender.

The following is the eligibility criteria

  1. Experience of having satisfactorily completed similar type of project of Utility Mapping at least One project of One square kilometer Or Two projects of 0.50 square kilometers in the past five years for reputed Organizations, Government Undertaking and Govt. Departments. (Requisite documents should be enclosed)

  2. Should have facility for utility mapping with at least 1 Ground Penetrating Radar systems and adequate GPR professionals.
  3. Should have an annual turnover of at least Rs. 1 Crores.
  4. PAN/TIN Nos. etc.

Conditions and tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 15.07.2011 for the tender cost mentioned as above (Non Refundable).

The tender document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. However, the documents shall be submitted in the following procedure;

Part-I: Titled as TECHNO COMMERCIAL BID shall contain Registration with the departments, PAN Number and TIN Number as well as two DDs towards Cost of Tender and Earnest money and the complete technical specifications and Commercial BID package with terms and conditions of work etc. (except Price Schedule).

Part-II: Titled as PRICE BID shall contain the Price Schedule duly filled in as the agreement clause 22 i.e. Financial Bid.

The Techno Commercial Bid and Priced Bid shall be placed in separate sealed Envelopes. Each of these two sealed Envelopes containing the respective Bids shall indicate on the face of it the tender No. Name and Address of the Bidder/Tenderer. These two sealed Envelopes/covers shall be put into Outer Cover and Sealed. The Outer Cover shall only indicate the Tender Number and last date & time of receiving the tenders Prominently along with the Address of the Manager(Civil), India Trade Promotion Organization, Room No. 142, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110 001.

The Financial bids will be opened only of those agencies qualified to tender as per the eligibility criteria. In case the tender is not accompanied with the above and tender does not qualify as per the eligibility criteria, the tender will summarily rejected.
