Interested tenderers may submit the sealed tender by 3.00 PM on 25.3.2010, which will be opened on the same day at 4.00PM.
The tender should accompany 10% bid amount as Earnest Money (EMD). Submission of bid without EMD, would invite cancellation of tenders.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The cars shall be sold on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”.
- The bidder will have to enclose a D/D favouring India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi towards 10% of the quoted amount for each car as earnest money, which will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders but adjusted in case of successful bidders.
- Successful bidder will have to pay the balance amount through Bank Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at New Delhi within three days of acceptance. Bidders will have to remove car(s)/scooter within two days on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” on his/her own risk after full payment of bid amount by Demand draft favouring India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at New Delhi.
- Taxes etc., if any, will be payable by the purchaser.
- ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason.
- Separate Quotation in separate sealed envelope for each car/scooter may be submitted, which will be addressed to Sh.H.P.Sinha, Manager(Admn.), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
- Inspection of the vehicles can be made on all working days from 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM till 23.3.10.
- The tender form in downloaded form is annexed herewith. The tender form can also be collected personally from Sh.H.P.Sinha, Manager (Admn.), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on all working days between 11.00AM to 5.00PM and upto 12.00 noon on 25.3.10. Last date for submission of tender is 25.3.10 upto 3.00pm, which will be opened on the same day at 4.00PM in the presence of tenderers who may wish to be present.
