Senior Manager (Civil), ITPO on behalf of CMD, invites expression of interest from reputed consultancy firms having expertise and experience in such works to take up a ‘Study on Traffic Management and Parking Spaces for Fairs at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi’.

Interested Consultancy Firms may send their Expression of Interest to the Senior Manager(Civil), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No.150, Annexe - II, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi upto 21.6.2010 by 3.00 p.m. in sealed cover – containing Profile of the firms, their financial turn-over, similar studies undertaken along with their cost undertaken in last 5 years, their Project cost and the profile of the project personnel.

The following will be the eligibility criteria:

(i) Minimum annual average financial turnover Rs.3 crores.

(ii) Satisfactory completion of 3 similar works during last 5 years amounting to Rs.8 lakh each or 2 similar works amounting to Rs.10 lakhs each in last 3 years or one similar work amounting to Rs.16 lakhs in last 2 years. Similar work means consultancy project ‘Traffic Management Study’.

(iii) PAN/TAN etc.

Only shortlisted firms will be required to give Presentation about their Concept at their own cost and submit their price bids. The time to make study and submit the report is 45 days.
