AUCTION NOTICE


A public auction is invited and is to be held on 15-10-2008 in ITPO Premises at Pragati Maidan New Delhi for the disposal of unserviceable goods of existing un-functional sliding partitions between Hall No. 9 & 10 , 10 & 11 and 11-A & 11-B as & where is basis at 11.00 A.M. The following will be conditions of the auctions:

1. The auction will be held at site i.e. at Foyer C of Hall No. 10-11. Copies will be
    available with the Dy. Manager, Civil.
2. 25% amount of the bid is to be deposited by the highest bidder after the auction
    is over and the remaining 75% amount shall be deposited within 7 days after the
    issue of letter of acceptance of the bid, failing which 25% amount already
    deposited will be stands forfeited.

3. The auctioned material will have to be collected by the successful bidder on the
    basis of AS IS WHERE IS.
4. ITPO reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the auction without assigning
    any reasons.
5. The highest bidder has to deposit Rs. 50,000.00 as security deposit alongwith
     balance 75% of the auctioned amount by cash or pay order in favour of India
    Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi.
6. During the demolishing of auctioned material, the agency has to be insured that
    no any damages /losses will be occurred to the existing structure/ building ,
    failing which the restoration charges has to bear by the agency or the same shall
    be deducted from their security deposit.
7. The security deposited will be refunded after clearing of dismantled material from
    site in all respects.
