The public auction regarding above said work was to be performed today i.e. 15.10.2008 at 11.00 am. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, the public auction could not held. Now, sealed auctions in place of public auction will be received on 24.10.2008 at 3.00 pm which will be opened on same day at 3.30 pm by him or his authorised representative.

The Security Deposit amounting to Rs.50,000/- mentioned at S.N.5 of Auction Notice (copy enclosed) should be deposited through Bank Draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi or cash deposited with Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO and Bank draft/Cash receipt to be sent with sealed auction quotation.

The rest of conditions will be same as mentioned in Auction Notice enclosed.
