QUOTATION NOTICE 

Name of work :- Providing and Fixing sanitary / toilet fittings in the toilet block at Hall No.12 

The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No. 141, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites sealed Item rate quotations for the following work from approved and eligible contractors of ITPO, CPWD and those of appropriate list of Department of Telecommunication, MES & RAILWAYS up to 3.00 PM on 29-08-2008, which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30 PM. The Schedule of quantities and other conditions can be issued from the office of the undersigned during office hour on all working days.

CONDITIONS
1.  The work shall be carried out as per CPWD specifications and as per the directions of Engg-in-charge.
2. 1 % water charges and 2.244% Income tax as applicable will be recovered on gross amount of the bill.
3.  2 % W. T. and Service Tax as applicable shall be recovered on gross amount of the bill. if applicable.
4. Other conditions are as per schedule of quantities.
