The earnest money should be deposited in the name of ITPO alongwith the tender.

	SECURITY DEPOSIT
	10% of the tendered value of the work put to tender subject to maximum limit of 5.00 lacs	A sum @ 10% of the gross amount of the bill shall be deducted from each running bill of the contractor till the sum alongwith sum already deposited as earnest money will amount to security deposit of 5% of the tendered value of the work. (Bank Guarantee is not to be accepted as security deposit)
