Regarding Parking area Opp. Gate No.1 near Bhairon Mandir, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for the period of one year:- Technical & financial Bid.

The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No. 144, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi invites applications for the Parking area opp. Gate No.1 near Bhairon Mandir, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for the period of one year. The selection of bidders for financial bid, the following criteria shall be followed:-

1.	Those agencies having minimum experience of five years in operation of Car Parking/scooter/Cycle stand for big/reputed Organisation; Govt. Undertakings and other Govt. Departments etc. alongwith certified copies of relevant documents (please note that the experience /work at various places in the same year will be counted as experience of one year only)
2.	Registration no., if any.
3.	PAN No., Service Tax No.
4.	Employees Provident Fund Account No. & ESI No.
5.	Minimum annual turn over of Rs.50.00 lakh.
6.	Certified copies of satisfactorily completion certificate of the job from the concerned officers/ clients as per allotment letter attached.
7.	Statement of annual turn over, balance sheet for the last three years.
8.	Service tax no.

The financial bids shall be opened only those bidders whose technical bids found to be successful and the successful bidder shall be communicated separately. The entire process will be evaluated by a designated committee appointed by the Deptt.

The Technical Bids & Financial Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelope superscripting clearly on the face of envelope. Tender forms for financial bid can be had from the office of the Manager (Civil) Room No. 144, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan New Delhi between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 19.08.2008. The tender cost of Rs.500/- is non Refundable.

The date of submission of bids in tender box kept in above mentioned room (both Technical & Financial) is upto 3.00 PM on or before 22.08.2008 and the only Technical bids will be opened at 3.30PM on same day. And Service tax @ 12.36% on quoted amount shall be paid by successful bidder to ITPO separately alongwith bid amount.
