The Manager (Civil) Engineering Division, Room No.144, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites sealed financial bid for auction for Auction for Removal of M.S. Cubical Box at gate no.5 including demolition of Platform and removal of malba on as is where is basis up to 3.00 PM on 13.7.2011 which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorised representative at 3.30. The bid amount alongwith 20,000/- as security amount in the form of demand draft in favour of ITPO, payable at New Delhi shall be accompanied with financial bid and the same shall be refunded after removal of building rubbish, malba and cleaning of site in all respects. Time to complete the work is 7 days.

Condition and bid document can be had from the office of the undersigned between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 11.7.2011 for the bid cost of Rs.150/- (Non Refundable).

The financial bid document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as financial bid document for submitting the bid. However, the cost of bid form, offered bid amount and security amount as mentioned above is also to be accompanied in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO and to be enclosed with the bid while submitting the bid. In case bid is not accompanied with the valid document, the bid will summarily be rejected.
