QUOTATION NOTICE

SUB: Cleaning of underground water tanks at Admn. & Annexe Bldg.

The Manager (Civil) Engineering Division, Room No.144, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD, ITPO invite sealed item rate quotations for the following works from approved & eligible contractor of ITPO and CPWD & those of appropriate class of Department of Telecommunication, MES, Railways & specialized agency up to 3.00 PM on 29.07.2010 which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30 PM.

CONDITIONS:
Condition and quotation forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on production of PAN NO. , TIN No. and Service Tax No. between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 3.00 PM on 26.07.2010. The earnest money should be deposited in the name of ITPO alongwith the quotation. The quotation is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as quotation document for submitting the quotation. However, the earnest money as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO and documents for eligibility criteria i/c PAN, TIN, Service tax registration no. to be enclosed with the quotation while submitting the quotation. In case quotation is not accompanied with the valid document .The quotation will summarily be rejected.

 Cleaning, desilting & disinfection of under ground R.C.C. tank with six stages process mentioned below:
i)        Mechanical dewatering
ii)        Desilting & removal of leftover dirty water & sludge with a sludge.
iii)        Cleaning of walls, ceiling & floors by high pressure water jet.
iv)        Removal of sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vacuum cleaner.
v)        Spraying of non-toxic, bio depreciable eco friendly anti-bacterial agent certified by GOVT approved laboratory to disinfect the tank from all the harmful pathogens. The dose utilized  should be as per the OECD guidelines 423 adopted on 17th December 2001.
vi)        Treatment of inside the tank by exposing U.V radiation to kill further suspended or floating bacteria, if any.
