The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No. 144, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, ITPO invites applications for above cited subject. The date for sale of financial bid is upto 3.00 PM on 13.8.2009 of Rs.500/- (non refundable) during all working days. The date of submission of bids in tender box kept in above mentioned room (both Technical & Financial) is upto 17.8.2009 upto 3.00 PM & only technical bids will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day. The information for opening of financial bids, only successful technical bidders will be communicated separately. The Financial bid document is also available on our website and same can be down loaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. However, the cost of tender form & earnest money as mentioned in financial bid is also to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO and to be enclosed with the technical bid while submitting the tender. In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document, earnest money & valid document, the tender will summarily be rejected. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offers without assigning any reason thereof.
