The Manager (Elect.), Room No.147, Engineering Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, invites item rate sealed tenders from approved and eligible contractors enlisted with CPWD,PWD,P&T,M.E.S,Railway,DDA,MCD etc. The tender is in two parts envelop system (Techno commercial and price bid). 1st envelope should contain attested copies of satisfactory completion certificates, service tax, TIN, PAN, EPF No. (Employee Provident Fund Code Number) & attested annual turnover documents of last three years, and 2nd envelope should contain price bid. (1) Name of work: Providing fire fighting arrangements in Ware House at gate No.1 in pragati Maidan New Delhi (2) Estimated Cost : Rs. 34,66,377.00 (Rs. Thirty Four Lakh Sixty Six thousand Three hundred Seventy Seven only), (3) Earnest Money Deposit: Rs.69,330.00 (Rs. Sixty Nine Thousand Three hundred Thirty only) (4) Cost of Tender Documents: Rs.500/- (Rs. Five hundred only, not refundable).Work eligibility criteria is as under:- (1) Average annual financial turnover during last 3 years ending 31.03.2011 should be at least 30% of the total estimated cost. (2) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending 31st march, 2011. should be either of the following: (a) three similar works costing not less than Rs 13,86,551.00 i.e. 40% of the estimated cost or (b) two similar works costing not less than Rs. 17,33,189.00 i.e. 50 % of the estimated cost Or (c) one similar work costing not less than Rs. 27,73,102.00 i.e. 80 % of the estimated cost (3) similar work means Providing Fire Fighting Arrangements. Non transferable tender documents Containing description, schedule of work/ quantities, alongwith terms & conditions, can be obtained from the office of the Manager(Elect.) on production of cash receipt/ Demand draft of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only)/DD in favour of ITPO, New Delhi and the Earnest money should be deposited in the name of ITPO along with the application form. The tender documents will be issued from 15.12.2011 to 26.12.2011 from 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days. Tenders will be received up to 1500 hours of 29.12.2011. The techno commercial bids will be opened on 1530 hours of 29.12.2011, The two bid documents should be submitted with certified copies, balance sheet and satisfactory completion certificate issued by concerned departments. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there off. All other terms & conditions remain unaltered. The cost of tender documents and E.M.D of downloaded form from the website must be either deposited by 3.00 PM on 26.12.2011 or bank draft towards cost of tender and EMD must be drawn upto 26.12.2011 failing which those would not be considered/opened at all.

In case of downloaded tender the cost of tender form and EMD as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of demand draft issued in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation and to be enclosed in separate envelope while submitting the tender. If the downloaded tender is not accompanied with the valid demand drafts for the cost of tender document and earnest money, the same will be summarily rejected and not opened at all.
