NOTICE INVITING BIDS

Sub: Sale of unserviceable goods, material on ‘AS IS WHERE IS BASIS’.

India Trade Promotion Organisation (A Government of India Enterprise) invites sealed bids from the interested parties for the sale of following items on ‘AS IS WHERE IS BASIS’ at Hall No. 18, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The last date of receiving the bids is 11th June,2010, at 3.00 pm. The bids must be deposited in Tender Box kept in the room of Sr. Manager (Electrical), Room No.145, Pragati Bhawan, Gate No. 3, ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The bids will be opened on the same day at 4.00 pm in the presence of interested present. The tender Forms will be sold upto 1:00 pm by 11th June, 2010. The bidders may inspect the items on any day between 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and on 11th June,2010 upto 12.00 noon.

Bids have to be submitted on prescribed tender document. The tender document can be collected in person on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) (Non-refundable & non transferable) by Demand Draft in favour of “India Trade Promotion Organisation” or in cash to be deposited in Cash Section of ITPO on any working day from 11.00 am. to 5.00 pm. from the office of the Sr. Manager(Electrical), India Trade Promotion Organistion, Room No.145, Pragati Bhawan, Near Gate No.3, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001. The earnest money of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) should be deposited in the form of demand Draft in favour of “India Trade Promotion Organisation” or be deposited in cash with Cash Section, ITPO.

Bidder may also download the Tender document from ITPO’s website www.indiatradefair.com . However, the cost of the tender document should be paid at the time of submission of bids in the form of Demand Draft of Rs.500/- (non refundable and non transferable) in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at Delhi.
