Notice Inviting Quotations

Sub: Maintenance of electrical installations at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi year
        2010-11. (Procurement of 1HP, AC, single phase, Monobloc pump set)

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.), ITPO, for the following items on item rate basis on behalf of CMD ITPO, Room No. 147, Pragati Bhawan, Annexe-II Buldg., Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from the manufacturer, authorized dealers/distributors/stockiests so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 16.10.2010 upto 03.00PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 03.30PM in the presence of their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

Terms & Conditions:
The quotationer shall quote the above mentioned make only.
The quotationer should mention taxes etc. clearly in the quotation, if any.
The quotationer should mention cartage etc. clearly in the quotation if any
Delivery of material/item at site may be ensure within 7 days after placing the order.
The quotationer should also enclose the price list, Technical specifications and Broucher of the product.
No advance payment shall be made.
The payment shall be made only after the complete delivery of material and no part delivery of material will be accepted.
