Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.), Engineering Division, Room No.147, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. for Supply of split Air-conditioners on item rate basis for the following items so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 17.04.2008 By 3.00PM. The sealed quotations shall be opened by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 3.30PM in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.

Terms & Conditions:-
1. The earnest money should be deposited amounting to Rs. 8400.00 alongwith quotations by the company.
2. The machines shall be supplied within 15 days from the date of issue of supply order.
3. pre- receipt bills in triplicate may be submitted to the consignee alongwith the machines for making payment.
