Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.), Engineering Division, Room No.147, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. On behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, for supplying and fixing of slim line / Column type Tower type split Air-conditioners from the original manufactures on item rate basis for the following items so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 02.07.2008 By 3.00PM. The sealed quotations shall be opened by him on the same day at 3.30PM in the presence of the authorized representatives.

	a) Refrigerant piping of suitable size beyond 6 mtr. etc as required.	50 mtr.		RM
	b) PVC drain pipe etc as required.	50 mtr.		RM
	c) 3 core wire of suitable size (7/20 SWG copper wire ) etc as required	50 mtr.		RM
	d) Condensing unit stand of above said AC of reqd. size etc. as required	8 nos.		Each

Name of work : Supplying and fixing of slim line/Tower type/column type split AC unit of 2 TR in Board Room, CMD Room, Conference Room at Pragati Maidan New Delhi.

Terms & Conditions:-
1. The earnest money should be deposited amounting to Rs. 9500.00 alongwith tender by the company.

2. The machines shall be supplied within 15 days from the date of issue of supply order and no extra charges against cartage will be paid.

3. The security deposit @ 10% of the gross amount will be deducted which will be released after successful completion of the guarantee / warrantee period.

4. Pre- receipt bills in triplicate may be submitted to the consignee alongwith the machines for making payment.
