Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.)Engineering Division, Room No. 147, Annexe II Bldg. Pragati Bhawan  Pragati Maidan New Delhi on behalf  of CMD  India Trade Promotion  Organisation    Pragati Maidan New Delhi for supply of  Water Cooler on item rate basis  on DGS&D rate contract, so as to reach the office of the  undersigned  on or before 15.06.2009 by 3.00 PM    The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderar or their authorized representatives by the  undersigned.

Name of work: procurement (supply ) of water coolers at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Note: Enclose the copy of the current DGS&D rate  contract of Drinking water cooler  along with  literature of the machine.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pre-receipted bills in triplicate may be submitted to the  consignee along with the machines for making payment.
