TENDER NOTICE Sealed item rate tenders in two cover system are invited on behalf of CMD ITPO for the work of SITC of addressable fire alarm & detection System for Halls 7- A to H including lounge at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Eligibility Requirement :- 1) Manufactures / authorized dealers (subject to submission of authorisation letter in original) of M/s. Notifier, M/s. Mircom, M/s. Secutron , M/s. Fenwell , M/s. Ansul, M/s. Honeywell, M/s. System Sensor. 2) Experience of executing Similar works since last three years ending 31.07.2009 in deferent Govt. Departments/PSU’s of following values. 3 works Costing not less than 40% or 2 works costing not less than 60% or 1 work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. Tenders can be obtained form the office of the undersigned at Room No. 147 Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan from 25 .09.2009 onwards between 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days up to 06 .10.2009. The techno commercial bids(first cover) will be opened the same day i.e. 09 .10.2009 at 3.30 PM. Tenders can also be downloaded from website www.indiatradefair.com and submitted along with deposit of cost of tender and earnest money. Tenders without deposit of E/M in form desired will be summarily rejected. |
