  Notice Inviting Quotation

            Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager (Elect.) ITPO, for the following items on item rate basis on behalf of CMD ITPO, Room No.147, Pragati Bhawan Annexe-II Building, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. so as to reach the  office of the undersigned on or before 30.10.2007 by 3.00PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives by the undersigned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  The rates are inclusive of cartage etc.

2.  The tenderer shall attach the copy of PAN No./TIN No./WCT No.  which ever is applicable  alongwith offer.    
           
3.  The tenderer shall start the work immediately after receipt  of work order.

4.  The work is to be carried out as per instruction of Engineer- in-charge.
