TENDER NOTICE

The Manager (Elect), Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tender for the following works from approved and eligible contractors of CPWD/ITPO/MES/P&T/RAILWAYS/STATE PWD and MANUFACTURERS/AUTHORISED DEALERS/CONTRACTORS OF The tender documents will be received up to 03.00PM. 04.01.2008 and tenders will opened  by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 03.30PM.

The tender will be issued to those contractors/firms who have proof of satisfactorily completion of minimum two works of similar nature during the last three years eac costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost one work, 50% of estimated cost two works 40% of the estimated cost three work.

Earnest Money should be deposited through bank draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi (or) cash deposited with Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO and Bank Draft/Cash Receipt to be sent with applications.  Condition and tender form can be had on production of PAN No., and Sale Tax Clearance/Work Contract Tax Registration to the office of the undersigned between 11.00AM to 3.00PM on all working days upto 31.12.2007 for the tender cost mentioned as above (Non-refundable).  The tender of the contractor who do not deposit the Earnest Money in the aforesaid manner shall be summarily  rejected.
