TENDER NOTICE

             The Manager (Elect), Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tender for the following works from approved and eligible contractors of CPWD/ITPO/MES/P&T/RAILWAYS/STATE PWD and MANUFACTURERS/AUTHORISED DEALERS/CONTRACTORS OF VOLTAS dealing with Maintenance of Packaged Type  Air-conditioning Micro Processor  based units upto 3.00PM on 22.10.2007.

Earnest Money should be deposited through bank draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi (or) cash deposited with Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO and Bank Draft/Cash Receipt to be sent with applications.  Condition and tender form can be had on production of PAN No., and Sale Tax Clearance/Work Contract Tax Registration to the office of the undersigned between 11.00AM to 3.00PM on all working days upto 18.10.2007 for the tender cost mentioned as above (Non-refundable).  The tender of the contractor who do not deposit the Earnest Money in the aforesaid manner shall be summarily  rejected.
