         SH. (Supply of Split Air conditioners at Pragati Maidan New Delhi.

Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.)Engineering Division, Room No. 147, Annexe II Bldg. Pragati Bhawan Pragati Maidan New Delhi on behalf of CMD India Trade Promotion Organisation Pragati Maidan New Delhi for supply of Split Room Airconditioners on item rate basis on DGS&D rate contract for the following items so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 24.09 .2008 by 3.00 PM The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderar or their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

Note: Enclose the copy of the current DGS&D rate contract of split room airconditioners along with literature of the machine.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pre-receipted bills in triplicate may be submitted to the consignee along with the machines for making payment.
