Notice Inviting Tender


Subject :-Supply and installation of R.O Water purifier system at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.


The Manager (Elect.), Electrical Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi invites sealed Item rate tender on behalf of CMD, ITPO for the following work from the original equipment manufacturers/ original equipment agencies/authorized distributors/authorized dealers of Kent, Eureka forbes, SWE makes or equivalent subject to production of authorization letter in original from the manufacturer.The tender is in two parts envelop system (Technical and financial bids). 1st envelope should contain catalogue of machine having all the Technical specifications along with certified copies of Service tax No./PAN No./ TIN No. /EPF No.(Employee provident fund code Number)& attested Annual turnover document and 2nd envelope should contain price bid. (1)Name of Work- Supply and installation of R.O Water purifier system at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.(2) Estimated Cost:Rs.8,31,375/-(Rupees Eight lakh thirty one thousand three hundred seventy five only)(3) Earnest money deposite:Rs.16650.00(Rupees sixteen thousand six hundred fifty only).Cost of tender document:Rs.500.00(Rupees five hundred only) Non refundable.Work eligibility criteria is as under:- Experience of having successfully completed similar works in Govt. department during last 3 years ending 31st october, 2011. should be either of the following: (a) three similar works costing not less than Rs3,32,550.00 i.e. 40% of the estimated cost or (b) two similar works costing not less than Rs. 4,15,688.00 i.e. 50 % of the estimated cost Or (c) one similar work costing not less than Rs. 6,65,100.00 i.e. 80 % of the estimated cost (3) similar work means Supply and installation of R.O Water purifier system. Non transferable tender document containing description,schedule of work/quantities alongwith terms & conditions, can be obtained from the office of the manager (Elect.) production of cash receipt/demand draft of Rs. 500.00(Rupees five hundred only) in favour of ITPO,New delhi and Earnest money ( In favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, payable at New Delhi)and Earnest Money should be deposited in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi along with application form.The tender documents will issued from 28.11.2011 to 09.12.2011 from 11.00AM to4.00 PM on all working days. Tenders will be received up to 1500 hours of 12.12.2011. The techno commercial bids will be opened on 1530 hrs. on 12.12.2011, the two bid documents should be submitted with certified copies, balance sheet and satisfactory completion certificates issued by concerned departments. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there off. All other terms and conditions remain unaltered.


The tender document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. The cost of tender documents and EMD of down loaded form from the web site must be either deposited by 4.00 p.m. on 9.12.2011 or bank draft to towards cost of tender and EMD must be drawn upto 9.12.2011, failing which those would not be considered/opened at all in case of down loaded tender the cost of tender form and EMD as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of demand draft issued in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation and to be enclosed in separate envelope while submitting the tender. If the down loaded tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document and earnest money, the same will be summarily rejected and not opened at all.
