Notice Inviting Quotations

Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.) ITPO for the following items on item rate basis on behalf of CMD ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from the electrical contractors of CPWD/MES/ITPO/NDMC/P&T. So as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 02.03.2009 by 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderer or their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

Name of Work: Modification of existing Library for IILF unit at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.The tenderer shall start the work immediately after receipt of work order.
2.The work is to be carried out as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
3.The rates are inclusive of cartage etc. and Service Tax may be quoted extra.
4.The tenderer shall attach the copy of PAN No., service tax registration No.& TIN No./WCT No. which ever is applicable along with offer.
