Notice Inviting Quotations

Sub:  Procurement of Ceiling Fan wall fan and Pedestal Fans at
         Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.) ITPO for the following items on item rate basis on behalf of CMD ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from the manufacturer, authorized dealer / distributor / stockiest so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 01.11.2010 by 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the Quotationers or their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The tenderer shall quote the rates of mentioned make only.

  2. No extra on account of cartage shall be paid.

  3. The tenderer should mention taxes etc. clearly in the tender if any.

  4. No advance payment shall be made.

  5. The delivery of material should be done in a week time after the receipt of supply order.

  6. The payment shall be made only after the complete delivery of material and no part payment of material will be done.
