NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sub: Running Maintenance of E-I at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. (Repair / Rewinding of Mono block pump set, fan etc.).

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.) ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe-II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD ITPO for the following items on item rate basis from the eligible Contractors of ITPO/CPWD/MES/Railways/State PWD/NDMC etc. having experience in the field of electrical works in Govt. Department /PSU’s. So as to reach the Office of the undersigned on or before 16.08.2011 by 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderer or their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

5.	Ceiling fans Rewinding of ceiling fan motor / exhaust fan motor (starting and running winding including all necessary material). TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The tenderer shall start the work immediately after receipt of work order.
The work is to be carried out as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
The rates are inclusive of cartage etc. and Service Tax may be quoted extra.
The tenderer shall attach the copy of PAN No., service tax registration No. along with offer.
