Notice Inviting Quotations

Subject: Hiring of Silent DG Sets during Nakshatra-2011 & Print pack-2011
at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.) Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. For the work of Hiring of Silent DG Sets during Nakshatra-2010 & Print Pack-2010 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on item rate basis from the eligible contractors of ITPO, PWD, CPWD, P&T, MCD and NDMC etc. In the field of DG sets & electrical installation so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 12.01.2011 by 3.00 PM. The sealed quotations shall be opened by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 3.30 PM in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.

	SUB-HEAD–II(TEMPORARY LIGHTING)
1.	Hire charges for providing 100 amp. 440 volts,TP&N main switch board / load change over switch i/c. making connection with suitable size of cable from D.G. set to main switch complete as reqd.	4 nos.		Each for 15 days
2.	Hire charge for halogen fitting of 500 W/1000W alongwith Halogen lamp i/c. fixing temporary on parapet wall /poles and making connection with suitable size of copper conductor/ Aluminum Conductor cable wire and replacement of fused halogen lamp and burnt leads etc. as and when reqd. i/c. connection and interconnection and submain wiring etc. as reqd.	200 nos.		Each for 15 days
