Notice Inviting Quotation

       
Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.), Engineering Division, Room No.147, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. for Supply of material  item rate basis for the following items so as to reach the office of the undersigned  on or before 19.03 .2008 By 3.00PM.  The sealed quotations shall be opened by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 3.30PM in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.

1. Pre-receipted bills in triplicate may be submitted to the consignee along with the  material  for making payment.
2. Cartage  shall not  be  paid  extra.
