Notice Inviting Tender Sub: Shifting and installation of 10 nos. 10 TR air cooled package units from Hall No. 7 to Hall No. 15 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.. The Sr. Manager (Elect.), Room No.145, Engineering Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, invites item rate sealed tenders in two parts envelop system (Technical and price bid). 1st envelope should contain attested copies of experience certificates, service tax, TIN, PAN & attested annual turnover documents and 2nd envelope should contain price bid. (1) Name of work : Shifting and installation of 10 nos. 10 TR air cooled package units from Hall No. 7 to Hall No. 15 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. (2) Estimated Cost : Rs. 8,81,900.00(Rs. Eight lakh eighty one thousand nine hundred only). (3) Earnest Money Deposit: Rs. 17,638.00(Rs. Seventeen thousand six hundred thirty eight only). (4) Cost of Tender Documents: Rs.500/-(Rs. Five hundred only). Work eligibility criteria is as under:- (1) Average annual financial turnover during last 3 years ending 31.03.2009 should be at least 30% of the total estimated cost. (2) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending 31st January 2010. should be either of the following: (a) three similar works costing not less than Rs. 3,52,760.00 Or (b) two similar works costing not less than Rs. 4,40,950.00 Or (c) one similar works costing not less than Rs. 7,05,520.00 (3) similar work means supplying and installation of air conditioning package units / plants. Non transferable tender documents Containing description, schedule of work/ quantities, alongwith terms & conditions, can be obtained from the office of the Sr. Manager(Elect.) on production of cash receipt/ Demand draft of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only)/DD in favour of ITPO, New Delhi. The Earnest money should be deposited in the name of ITPO along with the tender in separate envelope. The tender documents will be issued from 09.06.2010 to 18.06.2010 from 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days. Tenders will be received up to 1500 hours of 22.06.2010. The technical bids will be opened on 1530 hours of 22.06.2010 The two bid document should be submitted with certified copies, balance sheet and satisfactory completion certificate issued by concerned agencies. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there of. All other terms & conditions remain unaltered. The tender document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. However, the cost of tender form as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO and to be enclosed with the tender while submitting the tender. In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft only for the cost of tender document and Earnest money, the tender will be summarily rejected. Sr. Manager(Elect.)
