Notice Inviting Quotations

Sub: R/M of E.I. in Annexe / Admn. Building at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
        (Repairing of Emergency lights)

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.) ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe-II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD ITPO for the following items on item rate basis from the eligible Contractors of ITPO/CPWD/MES/Railways/State PWD/NDMC etc. having experience in the field of electrical works in Govt. Department /PSU’s. So as to reach the Office of the undersigned on or before 17.09.2010 by 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderer or their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The tenderer shall start the work immediately after receipt of work order.

  2. he work is to be carried out as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
  3. he rates are inclusive of cartage etc. and Service Tax may be quoted extra.
  4. he tenderer shall attach the copy of PAN No., service tax registration No.& TIN No./WCT No. which ever is applicable along with offer.
