Notice Inviting Quotations

SUB: Supplying of split type air-conditioning units

Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.) Engineering Division, Room No. 145, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. For supply of split air-conditioner on item rate basis for the following items so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 29.07.2010 by 3.00 PM. The sealed quotations shall be opened by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 3.30 PM in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.

3.	Supplying of condensing unit stand	8 nos.		each

Note : Enclose the copy of the current DGS&D rate contract of 2 Ton split room air conditioners along with literature of the machine. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

Pre-receipted bills in triplicate may be submitted to the consignee along with the machines for making payment.
