Notice Inviting Quotations

Subject: Supply and installation of 1.5 TR high wall mounted split AC units
              on DGS&D rate contract at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.)Engineering Division, Room No. 147, Annexe II Bldg. Pragati Bhawan Pragati Maidan New Delhi on behalf of CMD India Trade Promotion Organisation Pragati Maidan New Delhi for supply of Split Room Airconditioners on item rate basis on DGS&D rate contract for the following items so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 23.03 .2011 by 3.00 PM The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderar or their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

(b) Installation of 1.5 TR wall mounted split AC unit on D.G.S&D rate contrat etc. as required. 5 nos. Each    
(c) Supplying  and installation  of  following items.
i.)Refrigeration   piping of copper of  required size
ii.)PVC drain pipe of suitable size.
iii.)PVC insulated 3 core copper conductor   cable.
iv.)Condensing unit stand.
V.)PVC channel of required size.

Note: Please enclose the copy of the current DGS&D rate  contract of split room   air conditioners  along with  literature of the machine.

Terms & conditions:-

  1. The machines shall be supplied  within 15 days from the  date of issue of supply order.
  2. Pre-receipted bills in triplicate may be submitted to the consignee along with the machines for making payment.
  3. The machine will be inspected by DGS&D and  inspection  certificate will have to be  submitted with each machine.
