TENDER NOTICE Name of work:- Renovation of electrical installations in Gents and Ladies toilets in Ground Flour Annexe Building at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The Sr. Manager(E), Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tenders for the following work from eligible contractors of ITPO/CPWD/MES/RAILWAYS/STATE PWD P&T/MCD/NDMC etc. The firms having experience in the specific fields of works in Govt. Deptt./PSUs at least two years. Tender documents will be received up to 3.00 PM on 26.10.2009 and sealed tenders will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorised representative at 3.30 PM.
The tender documents can be had on all working days between 11.00AM to 4.00PM from 15.10.2009 to 21.10.2009 from the office on written request support by documentary proof of specified experience, (a) three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, or (b) two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost, or (c) one similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. Cost of tender mentioned above (non-refundable) in cash and valid PAN copy, Service tax registration copy, valid electrical licence and copy of TIN/WCT as applicable. The earnest money should be deposited along with the tender documents through cash/Bank Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi. The tender of the contractor who do not deposit the Earnest Money in the prescribed manner shall be summarily rejected. Other terms and conditions are as per the tender.
