Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.) ITPO  for  the following  items on item rate  basis on behalf  of CMD  ITPO Room No. 147 Annexe II Bldg. Pragati Bhawan  Pragati Maidan New Delhi from the eligible authorized  contractor in  CPWD / MES/ P&T/MCD/ITPO etc.  so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before   22.07.2008 by 3.00 PM.    The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderar or their authorized representatives by the  undersigned.

Terms and Conditions
1. The work will be  completed  within 15 days  form the date of award of  work order.

2. 10% security  will be  deducted  from the gross amount of work done.

3. The work is to be carried out as per CPWD specifications.

4. Service tax may be  quoted separately.

5. Copy  of PAN No., work contract tax/TIN No.& service tax  are to be   enclosed  alongwith  quotation.
