The Manager (Elect.), Room No.147, Engineering Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, invites item rate sealed tenders in two parts envelop system (Technical and financial bids). 1st envelope should contain catalogue of machine having all the Technical specifications certified copy of Service tax No./PAN No./ TIN No. / VAT No. as applicable and 2nd envelope should contain price bid. (1) Name of work : Supplying and fixing of Split type AC Units of 2 TR in Ware house at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. (2) Estimated Cost : Rs. 398880.00 (Rs. three lakh ninety eight thousand eight hundred eighty only), (3) Earnest Money Deposit: Rs.8000.00 (Rupees Eight thousand only) (4) Cost of Tender Documents: Rs.500/-(Rs.Five hundred only) non refundable.Work eligibility criteria is as under:- (1) The tenderer should be original manufacture/Authorised dealer of split air-conditioners. Non transferable tender documents Containing description, schedule of work/ quantities, alongwith terms & conditions, can be obtained from the office of the Manager(Elect.) on production of cash receipt/ Demand draft of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only)/DD in favour of ITPO, New Delhi. The Earnest money will be deposited in the name of ITPO along with the tender. The tender documents will be issued from 15.9.2011 to 26.9.2011 from 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days. Tenders will be received up to 1500 hours of 29.9.2011.

The technical bids will be opened on 1530 hours of 29.9.2011. The two bid document should be submitted with catalogue of machine having all the Technical specifications, certified copy of Service tax No. /PAN No./ TIN No. / VAT No. as applicable. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there off. All other terms & conditions remain unaltered. The tender document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. However, the cost of tender and Earnest money as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO up to 26.9.2011 and to be enclosed with the tender while submitting the tender. In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document and Earnest money, the tender will be summarily rejected. The financial bids of qualified tenderers in technical bid will be opened on the same day.
