Subject: Supply of Batteries for invertor at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

 

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.) ITPO for the following item on behalf of CMD ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from the manufactures/ authorized dealers /distributers. So as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 14.06.2011 by 3.00 PM. The quotation shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The material will be supplied within seven days after receipt of supply order along with pre-receipts bill in triplicate.

  2. No extra cartage will be paid for delivering the material at site.
  3. The tenderer should quote the rates of required make and model only.
  4. The tenderer should attached the attested copy of valid PAN and TIN/VAT No. as applicable
