Notice Inviting Quotations

Sub: Providing pedestal fans and power plugs on hire basis in various events
at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. .

Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.) ITPO for the following items on item rate basis on behalf of CMD ITPO Room No. 145, Annexe II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. So as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 18.10.2010 by 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

Watch and ward is the responsibility of the contactor.
During any fault, it should be rectified immediately without any delay so that the exhibition / fair is not effected.
Cables provided should be free from joints.
Wireman and khallasi should be provided on site.
Any damage to the equipment is the responsibility of the contactor.
