Notice Inviting Quotations

Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.), Engineering Division, Room No.145, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. On behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, for the following items on item rate basis so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 15.03.2010 upto 03.00PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 03.30PM in the presence of their authorized representatives.

E.	Repairing of gear box such as big gear and small gear, soft bearing, quarter pins, bearing plat, handle etc.	2 No.		each
F.	Repairing of moving type handle for tower ladder.	1 No.		each
G.	Supplying and fixing of Pulley with bracket for tower ladder.	4 Nos.		each
H.	Supplying and fixing Steel wire rope 8mm dia.	50 feet		each ft
I.	Repairing of tool tray keep tools for tower ladder.	1 No.		each
J.	Supplying and fixing steps rubber plugs on nut bolt with washer.	200 No.		each
K.	Washing, oiling, servicing, painting, greasing & assembling of telescopic ladder etc. as required.	1 No.		each

Note: Rates should be quoted exclusive of service tax/ any other taxes.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of cartage.
2. The work shall be carried out as per CPWD specifications.
3. Necessary material shall be available on site for replacement, if required.
4. The applicant should be manufacturer of aluminum ladders Or have experience of     repairing work of aluminum ladder in Govt. department.
5. The repair works of ladders have to be carried out at site at self and no cartage
    will paid for bringing man power of equipment at site.
6. Payment will only be made after completion of work and full satisfaction of
   Engineer-in-charge.
