Short Quotations Notice

Sub: Maintenance of electrical installations Pragati Maidan, New Delhi year
2009-10. (procurement of moter pump set).

Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.), ITPO, for the following items on item rate basis on behalf of CMD ITPO, Room No. 147, Pragati Bhawan, Annexe-II Buldg., Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from the manufacturer, authorized dealer/distributor/ stockiest so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 11.11.2009 upto 03.00PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 03.30PM in the presence of their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

Terms & Conditions:-
The tenderer shall quote the above mentioned make only.
The rates should be inclusive of cartage etc.
The tenderer shall attach the copy of PAN No./TIN No./ WCT No. which ever is applicable alongwith offer.
