Sub:- Providing temporary power connection on hire basis in Hamsadhwani
         Theatre during IITF'2008

Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.), ITPO, New Delhi for the following items on item rate basis so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 29.09.2008 upto 3.00PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.

The specifications of the IITF'08 Update will be as under:

3.	Supply laying and fixing of one No.PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of size 3 ½ x150 sq.mm. 1.1KV grade in ground/duct up to 8 mtr. Poles from the feeder pillar to Hamsdhawani theatre on hire basis for 15 days i.e. 13.11.2008 to 27.11.2008.	212M		m

Terms & Conditions:
1. The tenderer shall mention the TIN No./PAN No./Service Tax No. as applicable.
2. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of cartage.
3. The work shall be carried out as per CPWD specifications.
4. The work should be completed by 12.11.2008 in all respect including testing etc.
5. Contractor shall provide licenced technical manpower daily for operation of
    system.
6. Necessary material shall be available on site for replacement. If required.
7. The staff on duty will remain till the close of the function.
