Sealed quotations are invited by the Sr. Manager(Elect.) ITPO  for  the following  items on item rate  basis on behalf  of CMD  ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan,  Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from the  authorize manufactures/ stockiest for  supply of ceiling  fans  on DGS&D rate contract basis.  So as  to reach the office of the  undersigned  on or before   03.10.2008 by       3.00 PM.    The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderer or their authorized representatives by the  undersigned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.        The material will be supplied immediately after receipt of supply order along with pre-receipts bill in triplicate.
2.        No extra cartage will be paid for delivering the material at site.
3.        The EMD will be deposited amounting to Rs. 1260.00 along with application.
