 The Manager(E), Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tender for  the following work from eligible contractors of ITPO/CPWD/MES/RAILWAYS/STATE PWD/P&T  etc. and specialized firms having experience in the field  of  opration/maintenance of pumps etc. in Govt. Deptt. PSU’s.   Tender documents will be received   up to 3.00 PM. on 20.09.2007 and tenders will be opened by him or his authorised representative on the same day at 3.30 PM.

The tender documents can be had on all working days between 11.00AM to 4.00PM up to 17.09.2007 from the office on written request support by documentary proof of specified experience, cost of tender mentioned above (non-refundable)in cash and valid PAN copy and copy of TIN/WCT/Service Tax as applicable. The earnest money should be deposited along with the application form through cash/Bank Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi. The tender of the contractor who do not deposit the Earnest Money in the prescribed manner shall be summarily rejected. Other terms and conditions are as per the tender.
